“With this acquisition, our goal is to continue providing exceptional customer service while remaining a local employer of choice for those who work in the home services industry,” said Haines. “IERNA’s will make a great addition to the Strikepoint family of brands and will help to further solidify our leadership position in the greater Tampa Bay market.”

Mr. AC Cooling & Heating

SGH announced that it has acquired Mr. AC Cooling & Heating, a residential and commercial HVAC company serving Florida’s Manatee County, Sarasota, Bradenton, and the surrounding area.
