HVAC firm Quick Servant Company signs lease in Columbia

Commercial HVAC firm Quick Servant Company has signed a full-building lease with Adler Real Estate Partners for 46,781 square feet of space at 9065 Guilford Road in Columbia.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The transaction for the company, which specializes in the repair, replacement, and maintenance of commercial HVAC, cooking and refrigeration systems and equipment, is a further expansion after having previously leased space in Annapolis Junction.

Matthew Curran, SIOR and Andrew Meeder, both senior vice presidents and principals for MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC represented the tenant in this transaction.

Founded in 1979 by Maryland resident John W. Peters, Quick Servant Company also provides building maintenance and repair, including minor electric and plumbing services. The company, which services clients located throughout the greater Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and Washington region, plans to relocate its headquarters from a nearby building in the Annapolis Junction area this spring.

Positioned in the Rivers Park I business community in Columbia, 9065 Guilford Road is a single-story flex/warehouse building and part of a six-building portfolio containing more than 300,000 square feet of space. The asset is equipped with 16-foot ceiling heights and eight loading docks and is surrounded by a free service parking lot that can accommodate approximately 120 vehicles. 9065 Guilford Road offers immediate access to MD Routes 29, 32, 175 and 295, as well as Interstate 95.
